Originally, we wanted to put together a specially formulated blend for Valentine's Day to enhance one's mood, adaptogenically reduce stress and boost libido. This potent herbal blend proved so effective, especially in evoking a euphoric, happy state, we decided to make it available as part of our core catalogue. We individually sourced thirteen organic herbs from 12 countries, carefully combining them based on function and dose, to create a rich, aromatic, bittersweet, and warming formula.

How to Prepare:
Add 3-4 grams to an infuser mug, french press or glass tea pot. Add water just shy of boiling and allow to sit for 5-7 minutes. Since the oils of the herbs will absorb into your brewing vessel, use a glass teapot that you can scrub thoroughly, or another pot that you don't use for pure teas. Add milk (alternatives work well, especially oat milk) as well as a tablespoon of honey. Sip and enjoy the effects. Some folks like to combine all the ingredients in a pot on the stove to heat the formula up after it has steeped so that it's nice and warm before ingestion. Herbs can be re-steeped 2-3 times for added effectiveness. 

Ingredients: Cardamon, Damiana, Lavender, Epimedium, Fenugreek, Foti Root, Linden Leaves, Motherwort, Muira Puana, Passion Flower, Rose Buds, St. John's Wort, Tribulus.

Warnings/ Contraindications: Not to be consumed while pregnant as daily ingestion of fenugreek, st. john's wort and tribulus in concentrated doses can complicate pregnancies. Also, st john's wort can make people with photosensitivity more sensitive to sunlight.
