Hi Friends!
Here are the resources from the first class of the Winter Wellness Reset, including the recording.
Class Recording: Please send an email to info@livingtea.net for the passcode.
Reminder: We want to see how the Reset is going for you. Post on social media, tag @livingtea, and include #livingteareset on your post. We will reshare all posts and pick someone each week to win some Living Tea goodies.
Recommended Supplies: As I said in this class, none of the items below are required. However, they are helpful for truly engaging in the course.
Winter Wellness Guidebook (electronic version) - If you want a physical copy, a limited quantity is available on our website.
Winter Wellness Bundle - This includes teas that I recommend, incense, an herb blend, and a physical copy of the guidebook all in one bundle.
Tea Bowl - In the week 3 Zoom class, we will be talking more in-depth about tea and the Leaves in a Bowl practice. Having a tea bowl is a nice way to make your tea practice special.
Infuser Mug - This is great for herbal teas, like the Yin blend included in the Winter Wellness Bundle.
Yoga mat
Meditation pillow
Journal - The guidebook includes some space for journaling, but I recommend a separate journal so you aren’t limited by space.
Recommended Additional Reading:
Colin’s blog posts on the Water Element - Look for the blog posts that are from the past Winter Seasonal Tea Clubs.
If you have questions on anything listed above or anything I discuss in the classes, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Finally, I am offering this course for free as these practices have helped me profoundly, and I do not want money to be a barrier for anyone. However, a lot of time and energy goes into creating and hosting this course; so, if you feel called, please consider making a donation to help us continue to offer courses like this in the future. (Please know this is not required or expected to participate in the Reset.)
I look forward to continuing this exploration of Winter well-being with you all! Week Two's class will be a deep dive into the Water element.
With gratitude,
Colin Hudon
