Description
Ramble on Rose comes from the northern part of Taiwan just north of the Dongyanshan National Forest. The landscape is lush and ideal for tea trees, thriving in an area where three rivers meet. The Qing Xin cultivars used to produce this tea are also used for Oolong, thus the tea shares many of the bright, fruity tones while maintaining a slightly tannic sourness with cinnamon, red apple and honeydew flavors. The leaves are robust, giving rise to an uplifting Qi, ideal for the more active months. Sweet, refreshing, and clarifying like fresh fruit in the morning, this is an ideal summer red tea produced in the land of Oolong.
