With bright, uplifting energy, Happiness unfolds flavors of jujube dates, french brioche, and earthy forest floor over many patient steepings. Balanced fermentation and complexity from the aging. We also love how the mini tuochas open slowly and how the tea transforms dramatically throughout the session.
