Foraged Clay Gaiwan

Beautiful handmade gaiwan made by Minnesota-based ceramicist Mitch Iburg with foraged Minnesota clays and minerals.

This gaiwan is made up of three parts: a bowl, a lid, and a saucer -- designed for simple tea brewing.

Due to the coarse nature of the materials used, certain unglazed surfaces feature minor amounts of porosity and may develop a patina over time.
