How the Reset works
The Golden Mirror is a 7-week Five Element reset designed to support nervous system regulation, relational awareness, and embodied daily practice.
Rather than approaching the Five Elements as abstract theory, we’ll explore them as living forces that shape personality, emotion, behavior, and the ways we relate—to partners, family, work, community, and ourselves.
This is not only for romantic relationships. It’s for anyone who wants to understand how relationship actually functions in the body, and how awareness, pacing, and presence create the conditions for real change.
Each week focuses on one Element, moving through a clear somatic and relational arc:
- Water: Safety, trust, depth, and nervous system settling
- Wood: Direction, movement, and becoming
- Fire: Presence, intimacy, and emotional regulation
- Earth: Stability, nourishment, care, and integration
- Metal: Embodiment, boundaries, letting go, and shadow work
We begin with an Orientation Week to establish safety and pacing, and close with an Integration Week, weaving all Five Spirits into relationship as an ongoing practice.
The goal is not balance. The goal is relationship—within and between.
What to expect:
- Daily 10–15 minute tea practice (3 bowls in silence)
- 15–30 minute daily meditation
- 15 minutes of journaling with guided prompts
- Weekly guided meditation
- Weekly live class (with recordings available)
Weekly Live Classes: Saturdays, 8am–9am MT
The Golden Mirror starts on Saturday, January 10, but you can start any time.
Registration is required to receive the Zoom link for the live classes and access to all class and meditation recordings.
