This tea has a gorgeous flavor, and I find the energy to be very uplifting to the spirit. It brings me into a sense of wonder and connectedness. The citrus notes are delicious and build cup to cup. It is rare that I am pulled from puerh these days, yet this one continues to be in my rotation 🥰

Great every day tea!

I brewed up about 3.5 g in an 85ml pot by Arturo. If you haven't got one of his teapots yet, I highly suggest it.... It's important to note that this tea doesn't put you to sleep.. And I don't necessarily recommend it before bed.. But it is relaxing with a pleasant roasted oolong taste... I think the price point is a little expensive... But that being said... What isn't expensive these days? An iced tea that I think is worth having and sipping on a little in the evening.. But not too late! Enjoy

Puerh is more than a tea for me, it’s an experience of returning home. I first got introduced to the practice of sitting ceremony in San Diego, CA. I had my shop, my community, my ritual. Since moving to Denver, CO my practice dwindled until I found Living Tea. Having a hand selected batch of quality puerh delivered to me every month is so enlivening to my curiosity and grounding for my soul. Having the opportunity to connect intimately with the seasons and my body through a ceremonial tea practice guides me home to myself again and again. 10/10 recommend for the curious sipper to the seasoned brew master.

Have you ever heard of a child that is "old for their age"? That's what I thought of when I had this tea. Notes of warming spices and the energy held in the middle of my body. Like a child on a merry go round tethered to something strong and secure. Feeling fastened to the center.

The air is humid after last nights rain. There is a stillness that accompanies my first bowl of this fragrant and seemingly familiar tea. As the billowy clouds linger above me I think of the name...Is this Cloud Born? I love synchronicity. The tea tastes of the air. Gently moving. Quiet but awake. This tea is golden in hue like it has been kissed by the sun. I taste sun dried plum and honey.

The scent of jasmine arrives before the first sip. Pair with a warm morning in early summer when the flowers begin to bloom. This tea tastes bright and light with a soft upward energy. The green tea is gentle, not bitter with notes of fresh cut grass. The jasmine adds a softness to the tea. Flavor and aroma are present throughout each steeping. My mind feels bright and clear.

I sit beneath an old cottonwood as the sun begins to greet the morning. The first amber bowl feels more like an invitation than a pull into presence. The flavor of the puerh is subtle, like a Grandfather's wisdom. Knowing and reverent. Allowing. This patient tea is golden in hue with a hint of peach. It held the color and flavor throughout my ceremony. It didn't change my energy to go inward rather it allowed me to witness it.

Such an essential aspect of my tea sits, these bowls feel so natural in my hands. The rim perfect at my lips for sipping. The thickness of the walls makes it so the cup is the perfect warmth for holding, and the little feet at the bottom too. So thankful these are regularly brought into stock

I’m just blown away by the tea and the community! I have a hard time making decisions with the seemingly endless options and sources for tea. A friend recommended GABA oolong for evenings so tips was my first variety to try and wow. What a calming gift.
