This bright, soft honey-sweet purple sheng puerh is loaded with layered flavor, a pervasive energy, and forgiving brew. Cantaloupe, hints of berry sugar, spring water, and wildflowers transform to a light grassiness in the aftertaste. After the rinse and first steep, the body becomes warm and the cup smells of bittersweet cacao. This is a big qi cake with a light but rich flavor and aroma.
