Ye Fang means "left to the wild," indicating that the trees for this beautiful tea were left to grow wild for a long time in a pristine environment. The tea isn't as heavy as many heavily fermented shou puerhs, but instead has a simple, elegant mouthfeel with the early hints of an aged puerh.
Bright, clean, and calm, this tea is perfect for when you want the grounding energy of a shou puerh without the heaviness of more heavily fermented puerhs.
