Parasol is very finely ground, picked from the uppermost highest-quality leaves, and shade-grown, which yields a higher content of theanine and caffeine. This combination yields the strong calm energy that tea lovers appreciate in matcha. We suggest 2-3 grams at 175-180 F and thoroughly whisked.
