Join us for a five-class exploration into the Earth Element. This course offers insight and practices to help you understand and embody the Earth Element.
Throughout the series, you will learn how the Earth Element’s gifts—stability, nourishment, and centeredness—can support inner growth. Learn how to apply these principles into your daily life, enhancing your connection to the natural world and fostering a sense of inner harmony.

Saturday, August 31st at 8:30am-10amMT: Following the Taoist Elements and Nature's Teachings: Earth Element
- This class is an introduction to the Earth element, philosophy and practice.
Saturday, September 7th at 8:30am-10amMT: Sharing Tea as a Practice
- This class will go into the essentials of sharing tea, building community, altruism and reciprocity as a way of life.
Saturday, September 21st at 8:30am-10amMT: Transformation, Digestion and Assimilation in the Digital Age: The Importance of Ritual and Old World Practices
- This class will discuss the Earth element and its role in transformation amidst our digital age.
Saturday, September 28th at 8:30am-10amMT: Food, Tea, Fermentation and the Gut Microbiome
- This class will dive into why digestion in all its forms is essential for full-spectrum health.
Saturday, October 5th at 8:30am-10amMT: Movement Practice for Centering and Grounding
- This class will be a mix of movement and discussion.
*Each class is $40 OR purchase all five (5) classes for $150.
By signing up for any of the classes, you will receive an electronic copy of the Earth Element Course Workbook, written by Colin Hudon, Living Tea Founder, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and Herbalist. The workbook serves as a resource, providing guidance and support as you navigate the practices and concepts explored in the course.
