Colorado Nettle Tincture for Seasonal Allergies - Elk Mountain Farmacy - 1oz, 2oz
For internal use only: Nettles are one the first plant medicines available in the forest during spring time and are used for seasonal allergies and other ailments. Nettles can also help with reducing the symptoms of hay fever by acting as an anti-inflammatory for the body. They are most commonly found amongst the cow parsnip near trickles of water and in moist forest environments. They grow between 4,000 and 10,000 feet in elevation. It is best to harvest from middle of May to middle of July in rocky mountain ecosystems. They sting, so watch out!
