With a clear burgundy brew that reminds us of Autumn, this beautiful aged shou epitomizes the transition into the quieter time of the year. The mouth-feel is creamy and full. Flavors of chocolate and nutty sweetness emerge from an ample body. The energy is calm and comforting. Jingmai Mountain is one of six famous tea mountains on the western side of Lincang River in the Southwest of Yunnan, China. We suggest brewing gongfu with water just shy of boiling.
